For sale is an extensive Rubotherm IsoSORP Magnetic Suspension Balance (MSB) system designed for gravimetric gas adsorption and sorption measurements under controlled pressure and temperature conditions.

The system originates from the professional research facilities of ZBT – Zentrum für BrennstoffzellenTechnik GmbH, Duisburg, Germany.

The existing configuration is clearly designed for research involving hydrogen and helium.

The Rubotherm Magnetic Suspension Balance enables the weighing force from a sample located inside a sealed measuring cell to be transferred contactlessly to a precision balance located outside the process atmosphere.

This makes high-precision gravimetric measurements possible under vacuum, elevated pressure and controlled gas and temperature conditions.

Used equipment originating from a professional research laboratory.

Following removal from the laboratory, the complete system has not been fully tested by us under operating conditions.

In particular, we have not performed complete high-pressure, hydrogen, vacuum, leak-tightness or gravimetric reference tests.

Therefore we cannot guarantee:

• achievable vacuum level
• maximum operating pressure
• leak tightness of all valves and tubing
• calibration condition of the pressure sensors
• accuracy of the Magnetic Suspension Balance
• full operation of all automatic valves
• software or communication compatibility

The system is therefore offered expressly in its present condition / AS-IS.
