The instrument powers on and the display, electronics and menu system operate.

However, we are unable to obtain a correct zero reading with the weighing pan empty.

During calibration / adjustment the instrument displays:

ERR 02 – Calibration / Adjustment not possible

According to Sartorius documentation, ERR 02 indicates that the adjustment condition has not been met, for example due to a zero/tare, preload, stability or loading issue.

We have not been able to determine whether the problem is caused by configuration / preload adjustment or by a technical fault.

Therefore the instrument is offered strictly as:

The display also shows some visible line / contrast artifacts along the lower area, as shown in the photographs.
