For sale is a professional Mettler Toledo AT106 high-precision mass comparator, designed for precision mass comparison, calibration laboratories and metrology applications.

This is not a conventional laboratory balance. The AT106 is a dedicated high-resolution mass comparator with a maximum capacity of 111 g and readability of 1 µg / 0.001 mg.

Functional test

The instrument has been powered on and basic weighing functionality has been tested.

During our test:

• the electronics and display started correctly
• the comparator responded to applied load
• measurement values were displayed correctly
• the Re-Zero function was tested
• the display returned to 0.000 mg, as shown in the photographs
• additional photographs show actual measurement readings, including 3324.397 mg
• the draft-shield / weighing chamber mechanism was checked as shown in the supplied video

The above confirms basic operation of the instrument.

However, due to the extremely high precision of this comparator, we have not performed an accredited metrological calibration or verified compliance with the original 1 µg performance specification.

Therefore the unit is sold as used and functionally tested as described, but without a current calibration certificate.

Professional calibration is recommended before use in certified metrology or legal calibration applications.
